Who we are

This site is run by the taxi service whose details appear at the bottom of the page. We are responsible for the information collected through it.

What is collected when you browse

As on any website, our server records your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you visited and the time. The IP address tells us which city and country you are in — at city level only, not a precise location.

The site does not ask for access to your device location, and cannot obtain it without your explicit permission.

What is collected when you contact us

The contact form gives us the name, phone number and message you wrote. We use them to get back to you, and for nothing else.

Taps on the phone and WhatsApp buttons are counted so we know which pages lead to enquiries. The count includes the time, the page and the IP address — not the content of the call or message.

Security

Login attempts to the management system and intrusion attempts are recorded with the IP address they came from, and kept in order to block attackers. This is a legitimate interest in protecting the site.

Cookies and measurement

The site stores your language preference on your device so you return to the same language next time. This cookie is necessary for the site to work and cannot identify you.

We use Google measurement services (Google Analytics and Google Ads) to see how many people reach the site and from where. Google therefore receives information about your visit, subject to its own privacy policy. You can block this in your browser settings or with Google’s official opt-out add-on.

Who the information is shared with

We do not sell information and do not pass it to advertisers. The information sits with the infrastructure providers that run the site, and with Google as far as measurement is concerned. Beyond that, information will only be disclosed if we are required to by law.

How long it is kept

Enquiries sent through the form are kept for as long as they are relevant to the service. Security records and button taps are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can contact us about this by phone or email below, and we will deal with it promptly.
